Q: What type of lighter fits in my slip? 

A: Our slips are designed to fit a standard full size ( also known as regular, classic or maxi size) BIC Lighter. 

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Anywhere our trusted carriers - FedEx, USPS and DHL - ship.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase. Shipping times may be delayed during new releases, sales and special promotions. 

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email (be sure to check your spam and junk mail), please email info@bawdy-slips.com for a shipping update.

Q: Can I make adjustments to my order?

A: Once an order is placed we are unable to make any adjustments to it. This would include canceling the order, adding or removing items from the order, or editing the order.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: Oh no! these beauties are made to order so we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once your order has been placed. if you believe there is a quality issue with your product, please reach out by emailing spillthetea@bawdy-slips.com and review each situation on a case by case basis as my first priority is customer satisfaction.
